3 Teenage Robbers Arrested For Burgling Redeemed Church & Carting Away Music Equipment

Police operatives from the Lagos State Command have arrested three teenage robbers, Kabiru Jimoh, 16, Quadri Fatai, 17 and Rokeeb Nureni, 11, for allegedly burgling the Redeemed Christian Church of God and carting away musical equipment before they escaped. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at the Church a.k.a Total Freedom Parish Anderxon Ilepo, located in the Akesan area of Igando, Lagos State.
The three suspects were later arrested and charged before Court for conspiracy and stealing under the Criminal law of the State and remanded in juvinile correctional centre.
According to the Police, the defendants went to the church and carted away amplifier, keyboard and cash sum of money and escaped. While they were escaping, they moved into a compound, vandalized a bus with registration number,  AGL 476 XY and stole spare parts including the radiator,  kick starter,  alternator, and engine oil belonging to Arowoye Henry.
The matter was reported to the Police at Igando Division. The Police moved into action and arrested the defendants while others were said to be at large.
They were detained for interrogation over their alleged conduct. And after investigation, the Police found them culpable and consequently charged them before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
However, they pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, DSP Kehinde Ajayi, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since they pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that they actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. E. Kubenije, granted them bail and ordered their remand in custody at the correctional centre pending when they will perfect their bail conditions.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendants were remanded in custody pending when they will perfect their bail conditions.
