Business: Great Pinnacle Club Meets With Amb. Onyeagba & Burundian VP Bazombaza

A league of Nigerian young professionals, under the auspices of the Pinnacle Club of Nigeria, is currently in the Republic of Burundi for a one week Business and Tourism visit to the East African nation. 
Receiving the young Nigerian professionals in the seat of government, the Vice President of the Republic of Burundi described their visit  as “amazing”. He welcomed  them to Burundi on behalf of the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Evariste Ndayishimiye and urged them to relax, explore and enjoy Burundi’s hospitality and tourism potentials.
 The Vice President, H.E Prosper Bazombaza, urged the club members to take advantage of different business opportunities in Burundi and invest in the country, stressing that Nigeria and Burundi have come a long way in perfecting diplomatic relations between both nations.
He praised the exceptional disposition of Amb. Elijah Onyeagba PhD, the Nigerian Head of Mission in Burundi, for bringing in his youthful vibrance in transforming the Nigeria – Burundi diplomatic relationship into a promising one. He assured the prospective investors that the Burundian government will continue to remain open to strategic engagements in key areas of the economy.
Amb. Elijah Onyeagba, who expressed gratitude to the Nigerian league of young professionals under the auspices of the Pinnacle Club of Nigeria, thanked the Vice President of the Republic of Burundi for his warm welcome and support he continues to enjoy from the Burundian Presidency; promising to open more windows of investment and opportunities between the two countries.
According to him, “Our continent has an amazing population of young professionals. We have to put this rare gift of nature to its maximum use!”
“They are here to explore opportunities on how to make Africa independent, prosperous and a viable continent. They will explore investment opportunities in the tourism sector, aviation, ICT and manufacturing. The spirit is to keep our amazing young population active, resourceful and economically mobile.”
The Pinnacle Club of Nigeria will tour Burundi for one week during which they are expected to meet with various stakeholders in the governmental sectors, private sectors, public sectors, tourism, investment, and trade sectors so as to avail themselves of first hand information of feasibility and needs assessment.
The members of the Pinnacle Club of Nigeria were led to the office of the President by the Head of Nigerian Mission,  Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Nigeria to the Republic of  Burundi; Ambassador Elijah Onyeagba PhD.
