Know This And Know Peace!

The State is huge. It is a behemoth with juganautic force. It is common saying in our local parlance that, “after God na Government”. This is derived from the letters of the Law empowering the State as a Sovereign entity to preside over the affairs of the generality of the people such that no single individual shall wield unrestrained force against another.
The State is led by a body known as Government. That body has a soul and goes by many names depending on its level of operation. In the case of subnationals (i.e. Anambra State) the soul of government is the Governor. He becomes everything the Law says insofar as he enjoys legitimacy — the support of the people.
Beyond government, there exist no stronger force but God. At any moment a single individual or group of individuals decide to move against the State, the consequences are usually fatal, especially where such individual or group operate from the wrong side of the Law. Some of the things that look like government force but cannot be the exact force of government include, economic buoyancy (wealth), popularity (fame), spiritual candour (Church).
Before you decide on your next line of impunity, remember there is now a Soludo, who is committed to leading according to the Law!
