Imo PDP Still Hallucinating Over Ihedioha’s Embattled 3rd Attempt To Occupy Douglas House

It’s in the archives of Imo State that on the two occasions that Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha attempted to become the governor of Imo State. And on both occasions, he failed in his controversial bid.
Ndigbo say if you say a thing is sweet, you should say how it tastes. In a parlance, we hear that a woman hawking _akara_ bean cake, was advertizing her wares in a high decibel that characterizes local marketers, screaming “akara di oku”, simply meaning “hot akara”!
When a customer purchased some of the akara, he took a bite and frowned, saying “this akara is not sweet”, and demanding a refund of his money from the woman.
The woman resisted him and countered him with the logic, responding thus: “when I said the akara was hot, did you hear me say it was sweet?” She won!
The few remaining hypnotized captives in Team Ihedioha and Ihedioha’s faction of Imo PDP have been fertilizing their self-tantalization over the popularity and love of the ex-deputy speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha in Imo State.
Of course, even Lucifer has disciples in all generations till date. If thoroughly researched, it’ll be discovered that Judas had admirers and followers in his cunny lifetime, and still has adherents till this minute.
So, whenever Ihedioha is eulogized by his apostles and disciples, little or nothing is made different because every real epic battle has a real epicurean battalion! Nobody should begrudge them, as they exercise their fundamental rights of freedom of speech and expression.
However, it’s sheer exercise in false claims and falsehood for anyone to say Ndimo love Ihedioha and want him as their governor in 2023 or at anytime. That’s a mere exercise in terminological inexactitude! It’s infantile!
What is love? How could anyone justify the argument that Ndimo love Ihedioha and want him as governor, whereas on two straight occasions, during 2015 and 2019 governorship elections, the same Ndimo rejected Ihedioha by denying quintessential votes that he required to enter straight into Douglas House without legal obstructions at the Tribunal, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Nigeria?
In the Saturday, April 11, 2015 governorship election in Imo State, the then incumbent governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, defeated Ihedioha in a fine combination of moonslide and landslide victory with over 100,000 votes differential. How does that translate into Ndimo’s show of love for Ihedioha?
In the 2019 diet of the governorship election, smarting from his excellent performance at the Senate, where he most rewardingly represented Imo West (Orlu Zone) Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, slammed Ihedioha heavily with over 100,000 votes. How does that translate into Ndimo’s show of love for Ihedioha?
If Ndimo sharply rejected Ihedioha in 2015 and 2019, where do Imo PDP, Ihedioha and their hypnotized captives teether their ram to be boasting Ihedioha’s unknown and unseen popularity and acceptability by Ndimo in 2023?
In specific terms, what’s the evidence to establish that Ndimo love and want Ihedioha?
Could it be because of his invisible and indecipherable handsome visage, physiognomy and physiological attributes and features?
Could it be because of his unknown and unseen wealth that compares favorably well with that of Aminu Dantata, Aliko Dangote, Mike Adenuga, Femi Otedola, Jim Ovia and Tony Elumelu?
Could it be because of his unknown and unseen philanthropy and generosity to Ndimo?  Could it be for Ihedioha’s humane humanity of love for fellow human beings, particularly Ndimo?
Could it be because Ihedioha called Ndimo and Ndigbo “saboteurs” for exercising their freedom of choice of political association?
In 2015 and 2019 governorship elections, Ihedioha lost woefully in Orlu Zone and Okigwe Zone respectively, winning only in his Owerri, and confirming that he’s an unpopular clannish politician.
So, this thought, thinking and talk about Ndimo loving and wanting Ihedioha, does it preclude the detest of Ihedioha by Orlu Zone and Okigwe Zone leaders and people as expressed and witnessed in the 2015 and 2019 governorship elections?
Or does the reference to “Ndimo” apply to only Imo people of Mbaise and Mbaike nations or also to the rest of Ndimo? Aren’t the good people of Orlu Zone and Okigwe Zone part and parcel of Ndimo?
Do these imaginary “Ndimo” love and want Ihedioha to be their because he constructed Orlu-Owerri Road and Okigwe-Owerri Road?
Do the “Ndimo” of the imagination of Ihedioha and his hypnotized captives in Imo PDP love and want Ihedioha because he flagged off  constructed Orlu-Mgbee-Akokwa-Uruala-Uga Road and Owerri-Mbaise-Umuahia Road?
Whatever success in programme and project delivery profiles did Ihedioha achieve and accomplish during his illegitimate occupation of Douglas House, which Governor Uzodimma hasn’t achieved and a accomplished multiple folds over and above Ihedioha’s?
Let nobody be deceived. Imo people won’t cast their votes for Ihedioha for any reason whatsoever. Ihedioha won’t be governor! He’s rejected up and down for known and unknown reasons!
Governor Uzodimma is very much at home and on ground in the three geopolitical zones of Imo State viz Owerri, Orlu and Okigwe Zones. He’s the father of Imo State and entire Imo people!
At least, at the Senatorial by-election conducted in Okigwe Zone to fill the vacant seat that became available because of the sad demise of the then Senator Ben Uwajumogu of blessed memory, Governor Uzodimma led the All Progressives Congress to a resounding victory with Senator Frank Ibezim, defeating the State Chairman of Imo PDP in his Obowo LGA.
Also, in the by-election that was held to fill the vacant Ngor Okpala State Constituency seat in the Imo State House of Assembly (IMHA), Governor Uzodimma again led his APC to a sweet victory, with Hon. Okenze Blyden Amajirionwu, blinding his closest opponent and rival from Imo PDP.
The governor has continued to up his catalogue of achievements and accomplishments in the various sectors of the State, with exciting, wonderful road revolution being the hallmark.
Governor Uzodimma recovered land and landed property belonging to Government and people of of Imo State, after he successfully probed his predecessor to a logical conclusion.
When Ihedioha was illegally and illegitimately occupying Douglas House, he was dilly-dallying with the probe of Owelle Rochas Okorocha, releasing signals that he was committed to granting him a soft landing in an intended grand betrayal of Imo people.
Instructively, Ihedioha doesn’t have such track record of good leadership and good governance performance in executive position as Governor Uzodimma; maybe Ihedioha did in the legislature, but certainly not in the executive as far Imo State is concerned.
The borderline and parting word is that while some Imo PDP leaders and members, with some impressionable members of the public may suffer some affection for Ihedioha, the majority of Imo people don’t feel anything great about him.
Otherwise, Ihedioha should now be serving out his second term as Imo governor. But the reverse is the case, as he’s yet to get the mandate of Ndimo since 2015. He’s not missed. He’s not loved to that extent of getting majority votes to become a governor of Imo State. There’s no proof that he’s the people’s choice as impressionable minds insinuate and suggest.
Let Imo PDP and Ihedioha et al stop wasting scarce resources in concocting bright future in the face of their obvious bleak future, in order to deceive the unwary people of the State, who may not be enabled to see that for Ihedioha, it’s _finis_!
By God’s grace, Imo State is being rehabilitated, reconstructed and recovered by Governor Uzodimma!
Always expect the best from Governor Uzodimma!
