2023: Ekwunife Sends Special New Year Message To Constituents

Posted on January 2, 2023

Umunnem, Ndi Anambra Central, as we usher in the New Year, I send warm wishes to you and your loved ones.

I consider myself and all of us who are alive today as being privileged, and for that and many more reasons, it is important we individually and collectively show gratitude to God Almighty. We have a lot to thank God for, especially the gift of life.

Despite the plethora of challenges we witnessed in the year 2022, we were able to achieve outstanding legislative milestones in our Senatorial District. I acknowledge and appreciate your prayers and support in my services to you. As your Senator, I remain fully committed to being a strong voice on the floor of the Senate.

At this point, let me restate that I shall continue to sponsor valuable bills and motions that will always impact on the economy and attract more economic and infrastructural projects for the development of our district and beyond. This commitment remains my resolve in the senate.

Year 2023, just like each New Year affords us the opportunity to renew our commitments to one another as well as re-dedicate ourselves towards addressing the challenges that we may face both as individuals and as a Senatorial District. I therefore appeal to you to renew your mandate with me during the upcoming general elections, slated for February 25, this year.

As your Senator, I remain committed to improving the standard of representation in our Senatorial District in this New Year, even more than I have done in the previous years. Please I crave your prayers and support as we partner together to create a society that will be beneficial to all.

It is on this note that I wish you overflowing happiness as we welcome the New Year. This New year shall bring greater joy, prosperity and rekindled hope to us and our families, and grant us the opportunity to further our mission both as individuals and as a Senatorial District.

Once again, on behalf of my family and campaign organization I wish you a happy and prosperous new year.

– Senator Uche Ekwunife, PhD (IYOM)
