The Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD, recorded another unprecedented feat in the history of constituency representation with the commissioning of an ultra-modern hospital and maternity she completed, furnished and fully equipped at Neni, Anaocha LGA.

The state of the art facility located at the premises of St. John’s Catholic Parish Neni was designed to address the health needs of constituents, particularly those living within Neni and Anaocha LGA.

The project, which was blessed by the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, Most Rev. Paulinus Ezeokafor, is one of the numerous projects attracted by the quintessential Federal lawmaker in the three and half years of her people-focused representation in the 9th Senate.

Ekwunife was joined at the event by high-ranking members of her campaign organization, community leaders and other stakeholders in the Neni community, including the traditional ruler of Neni, HRH Igwe Damian Ezeani.
