Kwara Governor, Ahmed Endorses Gbenga Adeyinka’s Laffmattazz Holding In Ilorin Sunday

The Governor of Kwara State, Abdulfatah Ahmed has endorsed the 8th edition of Laffmattazz with Gbenga Adeyinka 1st and Friends holding in the state capital, Ilorin.

The endorsement is coming after the top-flight comedian, Gbenga Adeyinka 1st revs up preparations towards making the comedy and music event debuting in Ilorin a success.

Governor Ahmed, has been named the Show’s special guest of honour, with special appearances from Nollywood stars, Femi Adebayo aka Jelili and Yomi Fash Lanso.

Billed to hold on September 3, 2017 at the Banquet Hall, opposite Government House, Ilorin, the comedy, music and family show will have Gbenga Adeyinka 1st hosting a score of top stars including Reminisce, Olu Maintain, QDot, Terry Apala, Gandoki, Omobaba leading the pack of entertainers to perform.

With DJ Incredible, DJ Banky and DJ Lollypop holding down the wheels of steel, other entertainers to rock the show include Bash, Capital Femi, Dotman, Lord of Ajasa, Toqs, Sonorous, Martins, Climax j, Wales, Peteru, Mc Ajele, Baba Alariya, Samo Baba, Deeone, Remote, Thecutestabiola, Bendapoet and Karikatalk amongst host of others.

Speaking on the endorsement, Adeyinka said: “We have been blessed with supportive leaders in the South West. From Lagos to Ibadan, Ogun State, Osun State and now Kwara, the governors have been nothing but supportive. Hence, my joy with the endorsement from His Excellency for our show on Sunday.”

The comedian added; “We have been here for a while planning and preparing for a top notch event and we got feedbacks from the people, hence the inclusion of the new king of street hop, Small Doctor. The Ilorin people have said for the 8th edition billed for Sallah celebration, the headliners can’t be complete without this young man doing us proud.”

The Grand Comedian of Nigeria and Master of Ceremony extraordinaire, who has set out to reinvent comedy in Nigeria by taking first class premium Comedy shows to the entirety of Southwest hitherto considered unattractive by mainstream comedians and promised to rock the states with his Laffmattazz train, is ecstatic about the recent development.

The mission to take over the South West kicked off about six years ago with the last show holding about four months back with the hosting of the Ibadan edition of the Laffmattazz With Gbenga Adeyinka And Friends on Easter Sunday.

Since he decided to leave Lagos and reach out to more  fans and entertainment lovers requesting for more outside the entertainment capital of Nigeria, Laffmattazz with Gbenga Adeyinka 1st and Friends is still the most talked about show in the south west of Nigeria.
