Workers’ Day: Hon. Benjamin Kalu Celebrates Nigerian Workers

The Spokesperson of the House of Representatives and Member representing Bende Federal Constituency, Hon. Benjamin Kalu, has celebrated Nigerians on the 2023 Workers Day, applauding them for their diligence and commitment to service in different sectors.

In a message signed by the lawmaker, Hon. Kalu noted that despite the unique challenges faced by the nation, Nigerian workers have remained resilient in their productivity for the growth of the economy.

He stated that the 9th House of Representatives did its best to protect the interests of the Nigerian workers and the 10th House will continue to preserve this.

Hon. Kalu charged all Nigerians workers to continue to put the nation first as their contributions to nation-building in various sectors will not go unrecognized.

“Today, I salute the invaluable contributions of men and women who constitute the workforce of our nation have made in our society.”

“Despite the unprecedented challenges we face as a developing nation, you continue to strive In dedication and commitment to serve the nation and give your best.”

“The 9th Assembly ensured the protection of the rights and interests of all Nigerian workers. As we prepare to transition to a new administration, I am confident that the 10th Assembly will also continue in to protect and preserve the interests of the Nigerian workers.”

“As we celebrate this Workers Day, I urge all workers to keep giving their best to the nation for the benefit of all as this will not go unrecognized. We will continue to honour your sacrifices and hard work. Happy Workers Day!” Hon. Benjamin Kalu concluded.
