Goodbye, Too Hard To Say

It sounded like an explosion! Then, the wake of it is heard afar, told deeply in phantom truth. Murmurs, so deafeaning, giving legs to awful tale.
In my wishes, I kept the doubts, in my consciousness is hidden the reality of mortality without measure, without warning. How I wish that my wishes can reign supreme, I’d reverse this gory tale of woe.
This to me is the height of helplessness even when help is standing very close in streaming tears beckoning to help. The grip of eternity really fears no opposition, it’s timing often drives like the two-edged sword.
Saying speechless is still a speech made, saying goodbye signify accepting my lot, the lot of paiinful parting, parting to be seen no more. It’s too hard to say yet, it has to be said, I’m told it’s part of life.
Life, what is life? What essence does it make really? Born today, in joy, cut at prime, at excruciating pains. How do we ever get over this one in time? The tears I shed have gone sticky, my limbs, weary.
Who knows who goes next? A famished road that never gets filled, the terror of the high and mighty, the weak alike. Can we now have your respite despite the hidden closeness known and ‘unwished?’ May this one atone for us, and spare us this hand so cold from the fold. Our tears gone sticky, and goodbye too hard to say.
Good night my brother, Chidi Kingsley Nwosu. May the Lord be kind to your kind soul 🙏😢
This pain is unbearable, God give us a reason 😥😓
