Governor Soludo Signs 11 Bills Into Law

In furtherance of efforts geared towards delivering the dividends of democracy to the people, the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo CFR, has signed 11 bills in Law. 

 

The bills are as follows:

1- Anambra State Electoral Law, 2024.

2- Anambra State Touting Prohibition Law, 2024

3- Secret Cult and Similar Activities Prohibition Law, 2024.

4- Health Facilities and Accreditation Agency Law, 2024.

5- Anambra State Peace Building and Conflict Management Agency.

6- Anambra State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission (ANSOGPADEC) Law, 2024.

7- Market Safety and Protection Law, 2024.

8- Trafficking in Person Prohibition Law, 2024.

9- Anambra State Private Colleges of Nursing and Midwifery Law, 2024.

10- Law to Amend the Anambra State House of Assembly Service Commission Law 2021 and for other Connected Purposes.

11- Anambra State Revenue Administration (Consolidand Harmonization) Law, 2024.
