Lagos Sports Commission DG, Fatodu Tasks Staff On Productivity

To improve staff efficiency and ensure better results, the Director General of Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr. Lekan Fatodu, has expressed commitment to enhancing productivity by charging the Management Staff to be efficient and result oriented.
This was made known at a meeting held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
The DG urged the management to be diligent in discharging their responsibilities, prioritizing mentorship and counseling of staff and encouraged all staff to put in their best efforts during the transition.
While explaining the need to pay more attention to the development of sports at the grassroots level, he stated that the development of sports at this level should never be underestimated as it serves as a breeding ground for abundant talents.

He further emphasized that the grassroots level is the bedrock of sports development, and the commission will continue to allocate resources to ensure the realization and advancement of youth and sports.
He reaffirmed his commitment to addressing pending issues affecting service delivery at the Lagos State Sports Commission.
Fatodu enjoined officers to always put in their best efforts in discharging their duties.
