Posted on September 16, 2024

The Management of Rockview Hotel has informed the general public for the umpteenth time that the hotel in Owerri, Imo State, is not for sale.

According to the Management, “The rumour of the hotel being put out for sale on social media lately by one Mariano Properties and Homes with the following phone numbers 08034971419 and 08022882878 is but false”.

“The peddlers of this fake news do not have the authority nor mandate of the owners nor management of the hotel to advertise it for sale.”

“The general public is to see Mariano Properties and Homes as fraudsters who are hell bent in swindling unsuspecting members of the public.”

“The hotel’s legal team has been briefed to press legal charges against this entity and the police have been communicated to hunt for the operators of the real estate company.”

“Rockview Hotel is committed to continuously offering values to the Imo State’s hospitality and Tourism industry” the Management stated.
