Posted on November 20, 2024
The Federal High Court, Abuja Division, has declared as unlawful the recognition and publication of Edozie Njoku as the National Chairman of APGA.
The Court held that there was no valid or subsisting Court judgment or order, which compelled INEC to so recognize Edozie Njoku as APGA National Chairman.
The Court therefore, ordered INEC to immediately delete the name of Chief Edozie Njoku and his cohorts as National Officers of APGA.
The Federal High Court also directed INEC to forthwith restore the names of Barr Sly Ezeokenwa and the National Officers of APGA elected at the National Convention of APGA held in Awka, Anambra State, on 31st May, 2024, as the duly elected National Working Committee of APGA.
