Ojodu LCDA Partners With Lions Club To Distribute 200 Food Packages To Vulnerable Residents

Ojodu LCDA has collaborated with the Lions Club (Ikeja Viva L’amour) to organize a Hunger Relief Programme, distributing 200 food packages to vulnerable residents.

Representing the Council Chairman, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, the Vice Chairman, Hon. Bunmi Oluyadi, commended the Lions Club for their support, emphasizing that the initiative reflects the council’s commitment to fostering partnerships that uplift the people of Ojodu LCDA.

 

Dr. Anastasia Gbem, President of Lions Club Ikeja Viva L’amour, explained that the programme aligns with the club’s global humanitarian agenda to combat food insecurity. Chairperson Folashade Ashafa reiterated the club’s dedication to addressing societal challenges.

Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the timely intervention, which underscores the importance of collective action in addressing hunger.

The initiative highlights Ojodu LCDA’s commitment to improving residents’ welfare through impactful collaborations with NGOs and private sector partners.
