In a bold demonstration of commitment and loyalty to the All Progressives Congress Party (APC), Prof. Obiora Okonkwo, OFR, the frontline aspirant for the APC governorship ticket in Anambra State, has fulfilled his pledge to equip the party’s new state secretariat in Awka with essential appliances.

During a recent facility tour of the secretariat, Prof. Okonkwo, accompanied by APC State Chairman, Sir Basil Ejidike, and members of the State Working Committee, assessed the infrastructural needs of the party’s headquarters. Upon noting urgent requirements, he pledged to provide essential facilities to boost efficiency.

Today, that promise has been fulfilled, with the donation of a high-capacity Mikano generator, six split-unit air conditioners, industrial fans, a cutting-edge wireless public address system, and other critical appliances. The handover ceremony sparked jubilation and excitement among party members, who praised Prof. Okonkwo’s dedication to strengthening the party’s structures.

In addition, Prof. Okonkwo has redeemed his ₦20 million (Twenty Million Naira) pledge to fund party projects and operational costs, further strengthening the APC’s capacity in Anambra State.
