Masterpiece School Leads Them At 2025 Royal Maths  Competition

Pupils of Masterpiece School, Gruvy Estate, Alakuko Road, Akera in Ogun State distinguished themselves at the 2025 Royal Mathematics Competition organised by Graine Royale College in Ijaye Ojokoro area of Lagos State.

The Competition which took place on Saturday March 15, 2025 had over hundred pupils  drawn from a dozen schools in Lagos and Ogun States vying for prizes (scholarships).

However, the scholarships are only redeemable at the Graine Royale College.

Masterpiece pupils proved their mettle by clinching four of the top ten spots that were awarded scholarships which range between N50,000 and N300,000.

The pupils who did Masterpiece School proud at the keenly contested competition were Mozeedat Quadri, Victor Afolabi, Hamzat Olayinka and Oluwatosin Kumapayi.

Director of Academics in Graine Royale College, Mrs. M. Phillips-Adeyemo praised the pupils for their excellent performance.

Speaking at the awards ceremony at the school’s premises in Ijaye Ojokoro on Friday, the educationist said it was not a mean feat for the pupils to emerge top ten from a multitude of over hundred contestants.

Mrs. Phillips-Adeyemo admonished the pupils not to rest on their oars but to put in more effort so as to achieve loftier academic laurels in future.

The top ten pupils who received prizes:

1. Samuel Arikawe- Graine Royale

2. Mohammed Tiamiyu-Graine Royale

3.Mozeedat Quadri-Masterpiece

4. Seyifunmi Onaolapo-Premavic

5. Adebambi Ronard- Graine Royale

6. Victor Afolabi-Masterpiece

7.George Ajaka-Premavic

8. Hamzat Olayinka-Masterpiece

9. Oluwatosin Kumapayi-Masterpiece

10. Reagan Falase-Graine Royale
