Lady Loses Lip, 2 Teeth In A Brawl With Neighbour

A lady, Miss Lucky Sunday who reportedly tongue lashed his male neighbour has lost her upper lip and two teeth after the neighbour, Donald Okey used a plank and hit her mouth.

The incident happened at Olu-Oti Street in Egbeda, Lagos where they resided.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the victim had disagreement in the compound that led to an exchange of hot words between the duo.
It was gathered that Miss Sunday had the upper hand being a lady and rained abuses on Okey. Okey got very angry, carried a short plank, hit her mouth and injured her seriously in the process.

The matter was reported to the police at Idimu Division and Okey was arrested. A police source told P.M.EXPRESS that Miss Sunday lost two teeth, her upper lip was badly damaged and she was rushed to a a hospital where she was being treated.

Okey was charged before the magistrates court sitting in Ejigbo for the alleged assault and for inflicting injury on her.

He pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate granted Okey bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 28 February, 2018.
