EFCC Prosecutor, Rotimi Oyedepo’s Wife, Victoria Bags PhD in Nursing from Babcock University
Victoria Oyedepo, wife of renowned EFCC prosecutor and Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Rotimi Oyedepo, has bagged a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Nursing Science from Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State.
She was conferred with the doctorate degree during the institution’s 14th convocation ceremony held on Thursday, where she was celebrated for her academic excellence and groundbreaking research in public health nursing.
A mother of four, Mrs. Oyedepo completed a rigorous academic journey, culminating in the successful defense of her doctoral thesis titled: “Effect of Educational Intervention on Knowledge and Self-Reported Preventive Practices of Non-Communicable Diseases Among Teachers in Selected Local Government Areas, Lagos State, Nigeria.”
Her research, which focused on community and public health nursing, was supervised by Professor Patience Edoho Samson-Akpan, with Professors Adeshola Ogunfowokan and Isaiah Abolarin serving as external and internal examiners respectively.
Mrs. Oyedepo’s accomplishment was met with heartfelt congratulations from family, friends, and well-wishers, including the legal community, who gathered at a reception held in her honour at the university guest house following the convocation ceremony.

Her husband, Rotimi Iseoluwa Oyedepo, SAN, is a prominent legal figure, known for his role as a lead prosecutor for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
