A 17-year old boy, Chigozie Christopher, has been arrested and charged in Lagos State for allegedly forcing a 7-year old boy to suck his dick. He thereafter penetrated his anus and defiled a 9-year old girl at the same time.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Onolaja Stret, Bariga area of Lagos, where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect allegedly lured the victims and sexually abused them before he allowed them to go having satisfied himself.
However, the matter leaked and the victims confessed, which led to the arrest of the suspect by the Police operatives from the Bariga Division for interrogation over his alleged conduct.
The Police found him culpable after interrogation and consequently charged him before the Yaba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment.
The charges read:
COUNT I:- “That you, Chigozle Christopher “M” at No. 7 Onolaja Street, Bariga, within this Magisterial District, did defile the girl, 9 years old by having sexual intercourse with her through her vagina and thereby committed and offence contrary to and punishable under Section 137 Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.”

The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol Thomas Nurudeen, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for legal advice because of the age of the defendant.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A.I.O. Alaka, ordered his remand in the juvenile center pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction despite his age.
