Yoruba Culture Day: Hon Segun Odunmbaku Felicitates With Residents

The Executive Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Lagos State, Hon Segun Odunmbaku, has felicitated with residents as they mark Yoruba Culture Day. 

 

In his goodwill message to his constituents, Hon Odunmbaku said, “I warmly felicitate with our residents on the celebration of Yoruba Culture Week. This is a time to proudly showcase the richness of our heritage, the beauty of our language and the enduring values of hard work, respect and unity that define the Yoruba people”.

 

“As part of the celebration, Ojodu LCDA will actively participate in a variety of cultural activities designed to preserve and promote our identity. These engagements will highlight Yoruba arts, attire, cuisine, music and most importantly, the Yoruba language, which remains a pillar of our collective pride.”

 

“Let us use this week as an opportunity to pass on our traditions to the younger generation, strengthen our cultural bonds and celebrate the greatness of our history. Happy Yorùbá Cultural Day!” the Ojodu Mayor, Hon Segun Odunmbaku concluded.
