ONC Felicitates With Comrade Emeka Onyeocha, OSPAC General Commandant On His Birthday 

Respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Orashi National Congress, ONC, under the able leadership of Amb Emeni Ibe (JP AP) President General, has felicitated with Comrade Emeka Onyeocha, OSPAC General Commandant, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
