Igbo Speaking Community’s BOT Confirms Eze Timothy Nwanoro As Ezendigbo In Oto Awori LCDA

The Board of Trustees of the Igbo Speaking Community, Lagos State, has confirmed Eze Elder Timothy Eberechukwu Nwanoro as the Ezendigbo in Oto Awori LCDA having met the requirements in line with the constitution of the community in the State. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the BOT Chairman, Dr Jonathan Nnaji, made the declaration during his visit to his palace in Ijaniki area of Oto Awori LCDA.
Dr Nnaji explained that for the BOT to recognize Ezendigbo in a particular area in the State, such person must meet certain requirements including rigorous screening and background checks of such persons.
He explained that one of the requirements is that there must be a letter from the person’s traditional ruler from his hometown identifying and confirming the character of such person and must meet other conditions including proof he was actually crowned Ezendigbo by the Igbo Speaking community.
Dr Nnaji explained that Eze Timothy Nwanoro has gone through the rigorous process and the BOT confirmed him as the only recognized Ezendigbo in Oto Awori LCDA.
This may have been the reason Eze  Ambassador Nwanoro, who is also Eze  Diaba Ogbe Agu 2, embarked on Igbo cultural new yam festival held in Oto Awori LCDA in conjunction with the Igbo Speaking community and Ohanaeze Ndigbo in the LCDA.
The event attracted many dignitaries across the LCDA including friends, family members and wellwishers of Eze Timothy Nwanoro.
The royal father of the day was the Chairman of Council of Ezendigbo in Lagos State, Eze Agbowodikeizu Nwalozie, others included Ezendigbo in Mushin Kingdom, Eze Dr John Nwosu,  Ezendigbo in Ajao Estate, Eze Frederick Nwajagu, Dr Jonathan Nnaji BOT Chairman of the Igbo Speaking community,  Chief Sunday Udeh President General of the Igbo Speaking community and leaders of Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Igbo Speaking community in Oto Awori LCDA led by  their Chairman,  Pastor Peter Ezeama and secretary, Mazi Victor Okoroafor respectively.
Other guests of honour included Chief Sir Chucks Okonji (Omelora in Ibusa kingdom ) CEO Fun Oil & Gas Limited.
The Spiritual Mother of the day was Prophetess F.C. Ugochukwu a.k.a Mummy Dorcas of the Divine Touch Ministry Worldwide.
Eze Amb. Timothy Nwanoro will always be remembered for his philanthropic gesture for humanity over the years. He has assisted the less privileged people in the society and for his contributions he was given the chieftaincy title of Ochendo Nwachina Emere of Imenyi Ihitenansa community and several awards over the years.
 Eze Timothy Eberechukwu Nwanoro extended his philanthropic gesture to the area of sports. He recently donated sports and office equipment worth over a million Naira to the Nigeria Modern Pentathlon Federation and the items were presented to the Federation’s President, Dr Jonathan Nnaji in Lagos State.
This generous act of kindness by Eze Nwanoro was in recognition of the Federation’s remarkable achievements, over the years including hosting the Youth Olympic Qualification and Senior Africa Championships.
