“This milestone is not a celebration of time passed. It is a report of stewardship. It is a moment of accountability, progress, and purpose-driven governance.”
“When this administration began its second term, we made a commitment:
Governance must be visible. Governance must be measurable. Governance must be felt.

Across every street, market, school, and community within Ojodu LCDA, the impact of this mandate must be tangible. Today, we present not promises—but results.
INTRODUCTION: A RENEWED VISION – HEYS RELOADED
Our first term birthed the HEYS Agenda—Health, Education, Youth & Women Development, and Social Infrastructure—our framework for holistic development.

This second term ushers in HEYS RELOADED: a bolder, more ambitious, more transformative agenda. Whatever successes we recorded in the past will be modest compared to what we are unfolding now.
The renewed mandate you have given us is a reminder that leadership succeeds only when it is anchored on the people. In Ojodu LCDA, we do not govern for the people—we govern with the people.
