Eze Chika Nwokedi Showers Love On Children During Igbo Cultural Day

It was an exciting moment during the Igbo Cultural Day as the Chairman of Council of Ndieze in Lagos State, Eze  (Dr) Chika Nwokedi, showered love on children at the event. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Eze Nwokedi attended the event with his entourage at White Sand area of Ijegun, Lagos, alongside the Ezendigbo in Ikotun/Igando, Eze Steve Dike, to honour the occasion organized by Igbo Community Association (ICA) led by Chief Obinna Christian Iloh.
On his arrival at the event, Eze Nwokedi sighted the children who came with their parents. In his usual nature, he displayed his love for children and shared the huge money he had with him to the children before he sat down for the event.
He used the occasion to advise Ndigbo to live in peace and harmony among themselves and eschew any form of trouble with the host community in any area they reside.
Nwokedi noted that Ndigbo are more divided because of selfish interests and disunity among themselves as they have not been able to organize themselves well to pursue a common goal in Lagos State.
He also commended the organizers of the event for showcasing the rich Igbo culture and tradition and bringing the children to witness it so that their children will learn more about the Igbo culture and tradition.
The event was attended by many dignitaries.from within and outside Ijegun including traditional rulers, Chiefs, men and women, friends and wellwishers from other ethnic groups.
The Chairman of the association, Chief Iloh, explained that the group was formed to bring Ndigbo living in the area together in order to be united and speak with one voice for the progress of the members.
He advised Ndigbo living in the area who have not joined them to do so because the group was formed for the welfare of the members especially in times of need.
The climax of the event was the display of Igbo cultural music and dance including awards presentation to Ndigbo who have distinguished themselves in various aspects of life.
