President Tinubu Salutes Godswill Akpabio On His 63rd Birthday

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Senate President Godswill Akpabio as he marks his 63rd birthday on December 9, 2025.

In his message, President Tinubu described Senator Akpabio as a patriot and a dedicated public servant whose decades of leadership have contributed significantly to national development.

He highlighted Akpabio’s tenure as Governor of Akwa Ibom State, noting his transformative initiatives that enhanced infrastructure, boosted the state’s economy, and established one of Nigeria’s most iconic stadia.

President Tinubu also praised Akpabio’s service as a Minister of the Niger Delta and his current role as President of the Senate, emphasizing his efforts to strengthen executive-legislative collaboration, promote peace, and advance national development and security.

Expressing personal admiration, the President acknowledged Akpabio’s resilience, strength of character, and unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s progress.

He extended prayers for continued good health, strength, and enduring leadership impact.
