Ojelabi Abiola Tenigbola Foundation Holds Valetine’s Day Treat On ‘Love with Reverence’

To Ojelabi Abiola Tenigbola Foundation (OATF), Saturday, 14 February 2026, was a day to share love with people in the society and to preach love and peace to humanity.
At Living Grace International Churches, Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State, OATF hosted a Valentine’s Day treat, featuring a red carpet and interactive sessions to celebrate love.
The event focuses on love that honours dignity, celebrates individuality, respects boundaries, and builds healthy relationships, and addresses Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) through awareness and education.

Presenting a paper with the theme: “Love with Reverence: Equal in Dignity. Unique in Roles”, Host and Vision Bearer of OATF, Ms. Ojelabi Abiola Tenigbola, who is popularly called God’s Own Daughter (G.O.D.) elaborated on the vision of the foundation to include raising spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, purpose-driven individuals who understand their God -given worth and live in dignity, reverence and sovereignty while engaging men in the fight against SGBV.
“This is how we build healthier families, stronger communities, and safer societies,” she told her cheering audience.
While admonishing the women, she urged them to always understand their worth, adding that “when you understand your worth: you act boldly, not arrogantly, you protect your boundaries, and you relate without feeling diminished.

And to the men, she said: “True masculinity is not dominance — it is integrity and care when strength is used for protection, not control, oppression and violence reduction.”
Other speakers during the one- day event included Mrs Olabimpe Adegboyega, who spoke on “Love with Reverence”, and Dr Lateef Omotosho Adegboyega, PhD, who joined virtually and spoke on the topic “Emotional Intelligence”.
