Agiwa Accuses Neighbour Of Using Female Private Part For Rituals

A 37-year old man, Mr. Ekene Agiwa has landed in trouble in Lagos after he accused his neighbour, Obinwone Emelobe of using female private parts for money rituals.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Close 44, House 5 at Satellite town, Lagos where thy resided.

It was gathered that Agiwa tipped the  police at FSARS, Ikeja Command that  Emelobe murdered one late Chidinma and sliced her private parts for ritual purposes.

He lied and informed the police that he had evidence because they knew him well and when he committed the alleged crime. It was also gathered that Agiwa spread the news to other residents who joined and threatened the life of Emelobe accussing him of being a ritualist.

However, the police arrested Emelobe and investigations were carried out to get the facts. When the police investigated the allegation, it was discovered that the late Chidinma’s private was intact and Emelobe was wrongly accused by Agiwa.

The police then arrested Agiwa and charged him before Ikeja Magistrates for false information.

He pleaded not guilty.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat granted Agiwa bail in the sum of N100,00 with two sureties in like sum.
The prosecutor, Mr. Benson Emuhehi did not object his bail condition.

The suspect was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 24 May, 2018.

P.M.EXPRESS attempted to find out why the false information spread so fast in the area and people believed it. It was gathered that Emelobe’s business picked up in recent times, which made Agiwa and their neighbours become envious and concluded that he may have been involved in rituals.
