The 7th edition of the U-13 JOF Kids Cup Tournament is set to enter its quarter-final stage this weekend, with matches scheduled for Easter Sunday.

According to the organisers, the Lagos State Grassroots Football Association, eight teams secured their places following the conclusion of the Round of 16 matches held last weekend at the Ojo Oniyun Centre and Lekki Playground in Lagos.

The teams advancing to the quarter-finals include Soccer City Football Academy (Iwaya), Latoyen Football Academy (Aguda), VI Foot (Ijora), First Class (Lagos Island), and Strong Dove FC.

Also through to the last eight are Ultimate Football Academy (Coker), Smart Striker (Ogun State), and Fortune Football Academy (Oshodi).

Football enthusiasts anticipate thrilling encounters in the quarter-finals, widely regarded as potential “clashes of the titans” in the grassroots competition.

The U-13 JOF Kids Cup Tournament is a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of JOF Nigeria Limited, a wholly indigenous manufacturing and supply chain services company committed to nurturing young football talents across the country.
