Oke Ero Legacy Group Backs Dr. Bolarinwa (BOB)’s Aspiration To Be Governor Of Kwara State In 2027

A popular political movement in the Oke Ero Local Government Area of Kwara State has thrown its weight behind the ambition of Dr Bashiru Omolaja Bolarinwa to be the next Governor of Kwara State, effective May 29, 2027.

In a statement signed by the group coordinator, Hon. Toba Adebayo Omotosho (Kuye), the group proudly announces its unequivocal endorsement of Dr Bolarinwa, widely known as BOB, as its preferred candidate for the 2027 gubernatorial elections.
“After careful deliberation and extensive consultation within our communities, our group is convinced that Dr. Omolaja possesses the unique qualities, vision, and experience required to lead our beloved state into an era of unprecedented growth and development.’’
Hon. Omotosho said Dr. Bolarinwa is not merely a participant in the political landscape; “he is a seasoned political veteran who has dedicated a significant portion of his life to public service. His journey through various political roles has equipped him with an intimate understanding of governance, grassroots mobilisation, and the intricate needs of our people. He has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the welfare of our communities, consistently putting collective interests above personal gain.
“Indeed, Dr. Bolarinwa has truly paid his dues, tirelessly serving our party and our state with integrity, distinction, and an unblemished record of dedication.
“His long-standing commitment and comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our state position him as the most competent and capable leader for the task ahead.

The group posits that, having served faithfully and diligently in various capacities, the time has come to elevate Bolarinwa to the highest office in our state.
