Amb. Comrade Ibe Felicitates With Dr. Ibe O. Ibe On His 40th Birthday

The President General of respected Niger respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe, who doubles as the National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria, has felicitated with Dr. Ibe O. Ibe on the occasion of his 40th birthday anniversary. 

In a congratulatory message to the youthful and energetic celebrant, Amb Ibe said, “Happy Birthday to you Dr. Ibe! They say life begins at 40. But for me, it truly began the day you were born”.
