In pursuit of fulfilling his promise for the restoration of light to over 50 communities and settlements of Ogun Waterside LGA and other parts of Ogun East Senatorial District that had been thrown into darkness for over a decade, Senator Solomon Adeola, the APC consensus governorship candidate for Ogun State 2027 governorship race, has released fund for the commencement of work to bring light to these communities.

The senator as part of his philanthropic gesture has promised to re-electrify Ogun Water Side communities and other part of Ogun East Senatorial District from his personal resources running to hundreds of million Naira during one of his consultative visits to the area two weeks back.

It is not everything that we leave for government with limited resources at all levels to do. So, I made a pledge to re-electrify these communities” he stated.

During his meeting with the focal contractor and the representative of the area, Hon. Lawal Samusideen Adekunle (Ogun Waterside State Constituency), Senator Adeola urged the contractor to complete the job at the earliest possible time frame stressing that it will be a thing of great joy for him to receive report of light up in Ogun Waterside of Ogun State.
