Orashi National Congress Congratulates Snr. Comr. Chidi Dogini On Appointment As NDEYL Director 

The Orashi National Congress, ONC, has congratulated Senior Comrade Chidi Dogini on his emergence as Director of Oil & Gas/Environment of the Niger Delta Ethnic Youth Leaders Forum, NDEYL.

In a news release issued on Saturday, August 22, 2026, the ONC described the appointment as well-deserved and a testament to Comrade Dogini’s dedication to the Niger Delta.

The President General of ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, said the appointment reflects Comrade Dogini’s unwavering commitment, resilience and wealth of experience in the oil and gas sector.

“On behalf of the leadership and members of the Orashi National Congress, I joyfully congratulate one of the pragmatic youths of Orashi Region, Snr. Comr. Chidi Dogini, on his emergence as the Director of Oil & Gas/Environment, Niger Delta Ethnic Youth Leaders Forum,” Ambassador Ibe stated.

Ambassador Ibe, who is also National President of the Southern Youths Foundation of Nigeria, expressed optimism that Comrade Dogini will bring his experience to bear in the new office.

He noted that Comrade Dogini currently serves as National Chairman of the Ekpeye Oil and Gas Pipelines Host Families Association, a role that has equipped him with deep knowledge of host community issues, environmental concerns and stakeholder engagement in the oil and gas industry.

“We are confident that Snr. Comr. Chidi Dogini will bring his wealth of experience to the discharge of his duty as Director of Oil & Gas/Environment of the Niger Delta Ethnic Youth Leaders Forum,” Ibe said.

The ONC President General prayed for divine guidance as Comrade Dogini assumes the new responsibility.

“It is our earnest prayer that God Almighty should grant you the wisdom and strength to pilot the affairs of your new office,” he added.
