Top entertainers 2Baba, DJ Jimmy Jatt, 9ice and YCee are set to headline the 2016 edition of Campari Dare To Mix festival, an annual music, comedy and cocktail festival in Nigeria on Saturday 5 November.

Holding at the expansive Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, Lagos, the festival, first of its kind,  will feature major attractions like comedy, a mixology session with 2Baba making his signature mix, “Implication Shakerato”, a DJ face off and will climax with a concert headlined by Campari ambassador, 2Baba.

There will also be a plethora of cocktails from Campari’s long list of innovative mixes.

Speaking about the festival, Abayomi Ajao, Brian Munro’s General Manager, Marketing, said: “We are so excited to be holding the first ever cocktail festival in Nigeria. Just like our ‘Dare To Mix’ promo presently running, this is one of many ways we reward consumers for their loyalty as well as bringing our ambassador, 2Baba closer to lovers of his music and introducing them to Campari cocktails.”

He continued, “The essence of the festival is not only to educate consumers on the different exciting cocktails that can be made using Campari. We also want to celebrate the diversity in music, comedy and cocktails using our Dare To Mix campaign.”

The festival will also have an exclusive premiere of 2Baba’s new video of his hit track, “I Hate What You Do To Me” as well as major performances from the other headliners.

From its production in Italy, Campari is a global brand with a presence in over 190 countries in the world. It has also acquired major drinks brand across the world, positioning itself a major competitor in the liquor industry. These efforts help this iconic brand maintain its relevance as a classic stylish drink.
