We Planned To Disrupt Elections For Lagos Politician – Notorious Cultists

A 26-year old notorious cultist, Oloyede Babatunde Usman and his gang members were recently apprehended by a team of crack detectives from FSARS Ikeja led by the second in Command, SP Adigun Abdulfatai Abolarin, for planning to cause chaos in Lagos during the political party congresses and during the elections.

The notorious cultists were arrested upon directives from the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, that all the suspects involved in the plan to disrupt activities in Lagos during the forthcoming elections should be arrested and prosecuted.

The prime suspect, Oloyede Babatunde Usman, who is currently detained in FSARS custody in Ikeja, told P.M.EXPRESS correspondent that his group had plans to disrupt the Lagos elections and cause mayhem. Though he refused to disclose the name of the particular politician that contracted them, he said that politicians had used them and dumped them, but that this time around their eyes have opened. According to the gang leader, some of his members were arrested at various hideouts in Lagos during the APC ward congress.

Among the suspects arrested were one 30-year old Idowu Peters, 37-year old Gbenga Odusanya , and 39-year old Ismail Ogunoiki.

Items found in their possession included, 3 pump action guns, 6 locally made pistols cut to size, 4 UTC axes, 16 expanded cartridges, 1 revolver, and two double barreled guns, alongside several charms and a pot of concoction meant for initiation purposes for new members.

The CP said that all the suspected cultists will soon be charged to court at the conclusion of investigations.
