Man, 42, Docked For Using Sex Cream On Girl, 10

A 42-year old man, Mr. Bakare Adeshina, has been arrested in Lagos, for sexually assaulting a 10-year old girl by rubbing sex enhancement cream into her private part.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Akinogun Street at Maroko, Lagos where they resided.

The alleged assault was reported to the Gender section of the Police Command; Adeshina arrested and charged before Ikeja Magistrates court.

It was gathered that Adeshina lured the victim into his apartment and locked the door from behind. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the motive behind the act had remained a puzzle to the residents who suspected that it might be beyond sexual satisfaction because of the victim’s age.

He was said to have removed her pant, inserted his finger but discovered that his penis will not be able to penetrate her. Adeshina then brought out the cream and rubbed it into her private part with the hope that it will enhance easy penetration.

Police source said that before he could penetrate her, their neighbours got to know and forced him to open the door.
The victim reported that he had already removed her pant and rubbed some cream before she was rescued.

The matter was reported to the police at Maroko Division who transferred the matter to Gender Section at Ikeja, Lagos.

Adeshina was charged before Ikeja Magistrates court and he pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emuerhi, did not oppose his bail condition but asked for a date for trial.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat granted Adeshina bail in the sum of N300,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 26 July, 2018.
