Supporters of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) experienced the most embarrassing moment of their lives when a road show rally was disrupted by residents who countered their campaign with the shout of the name of All Progressive Congress (APC)’s presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari.
P.M. EXPRESS correspondent who witnessed the incident Thursday evening at Garki Village of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja reported that supporters of PDP’s senatorial candidate, Philip Aduda were on a road show rally with convoy of cars along Ladoke Akintola Boulevard, Garki Village, but were shocked of the reactions of the residents who included elderly and the youths.
While the PDP were driving along the roads blaring music from the sound system placed on top of their cars, the residents trooped out in their number shouting ‘sai baba’, APC next level, baba oyoyo and other unprintable utterances. Some were even shouting ‘Atiku Barawo’.
The youths displayed placard of Buhari/Osinbajo.
A rally that had been planned to last several minutes ended abruptly.

One of the residents, Usman Sule told PM EXPRESS that he found it difficult to believe that Atiku wants to contest against Buhari who an average Hausa man sees as an idol.
He said: “Nigerians will know how important Buhari is to us on Saturday. You can see how we reacted today. We will show our anger against Atiku and PDP on Saturday,” he said.
