GYB: The Young Man From Agassa

Nelson Mandela was quoted as saying, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”. In the same vein, he added, “I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear”.

Essentially, His Excellency, Alh. Yahaya Adoza Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, the young man from Agassa, has powerful weapon of education. He is brave and fear is his last thought in ruling The Confluence State.

The young man from Agassa became an Executive Governor at the age of forty-one. Following this emergence, several factors surfaced to drag him to the mud. Among these factors include some frolicsome Lords who tagged themselves as political leaders thus wanting to have the young man from Agassa dancing to their gallery.

Have you ever wondered how someone who praised Gov. Yahaya Bello during his sworn-in later turned to be his archrival?

The idea of that man was to have the young man from Agassa as his boy discovering he was a forty-one youngster but the young man from Agassa immediately unveiled to this Abuja Lord that he may be in his early forties but since his middle name Adoza, connotes father of all, he will not only father Kogi State but all her citizens in whatever chamber in the world and truly, he drew lines with the man whose interest was only to drag the young man from Agassa as his playboy.

Alh. Yahaya Bello, that young man from Agassa, exhibiting such character and politicking with the right channel has succeeded in building temple of state and national politics. The earlier factors in his foundational regime have been indicating interest of coming back. The young man from Agassa is on the footptints of The Jagaban of Lagos State.
