Man, 37, Arrested For Penetrating, Girl, 9, With Fingers

A 37-year old man, Ikechukwu Onabuchi, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly penetrating a 9-year old girl with his fingers to in order to satisfy his sexual desire.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Aboloji Street, Mafoluku, Oshodi area of Lagos, where they reside.

The Police alleged that the suspect, Onabuchi, reportedly lured the victim into his apartment. Having realised that he will not be able to penetrate her with his dick, he chose to use his fingers to do so and thereafter allowed the victim to go while warning her not to tell anyone what happened.

However, the victim went home and informed her parents what about happened when they were not around. The matter was then reported to the Police hence Onabuchi was arrested and later transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for investigation.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that during interrogation, the suspect denied and even when he was brought before the victim he claimed that he did not penetrate her with his dick but only touched her with his fingers.
The Police found him culpable and charged before him before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence.
The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E. Nwaka, ordered him to be remanded in prison custody and also asked the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice. The matter was adjourned till 2nd September, 2019.
