Man Arrested For Carousing Breasts Of 2 Under Aged Girls

The Police in Lagos have arrested a 39-year old man, David Ogungbemi, or allegedly tempering with the breasts of two under aged girls of the same parents between the ages of 5 and 9.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Kola area of Lagos, where they reside.
It was gathered that the suspect, Ogungbemi, allegedly lured the victims into his apartment, removed their clothes, caroused their breasts and bums to his satisfaction before he allowed them to go. The Police did not state if the man actually inserted his finger into their private parts after he removed their clothes during the act.
However, the information leaked after the victims were confronted and they revealed how the man molested them by touching their private parts.
The matter was reported to the Police at Area M Command, Idimu; the suspect was arrested and detained for interrogation.
After interrogation, the Police found the man culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for indecent assault which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty.
However, he pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Ezekiel Ayorinde, asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O Osunsanmi, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail conditions and the matter was adjourned till 16th October, 2019.
