Man Lures Girl, 15, Into Sex After Sucking Her Breasts

A 15-year old girl (names withheld), has allegedly been defiled in Lagos after her breasts was fondled and sucked by her captor, Friday Udeme, which got her confused before he engaged her in marathon sex.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Amodu Bello Street, Papa Ashafa, Agege area of Lagos, where they reside.

It was gathered that the suspect, Udeme, allegedly lured the victim to his apartment, confused her with words of mouth, fondled and sucked her breasts, which she could not resist and was eventually raped.

However, after the act, she regained her senses and realised that she was trapped and lured into the act without her consent. She told her parents about what happened; how Udeme confused and raped her.

The matter was reported to the Police; Udeme was arrested and transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for further investigation.
During interrogation, he reportedly admitted that he penetrated the victim but with her consent contrary to the victim’s claims that she was raped.
The Police found Udeme culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for defilement which attracts several years of imprisonment if he is tried and found guilty before the Court.
The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Supol Benson Emerhi, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.

Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule-Amzat, directed that the defendant be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.
The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned till 30th January, 2020, for the report of the DPP to be available. The matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP report finds him culpable and recommends his trial for the alleged offence.
