United African Methodist Church Organisation Gets New Executives

The leadership of the United African Methodist Church Organisation has changed hands with new officers to run the affairs of the organization.

This was part of the resolutions reached at the year 2020 Annual Conference of the organization held in Badagry, Lagos State from Sunday, January 26 to Tuesday, January 28.The new wind of change has Chief P. Bukola Payne as the Lay President with Bro. Muyide Ajayi and Chief Joseph Ahisu as Deputy Lay Presidents while Bro. Seni Ogungbadero and Chief Dapo Ogunlewe are Vice Lay Presidents.

Bro. T.O. Ayeni was retained as the General Secretary – Conference & Conference Standing Committee while Bro. Ayo Bada is now the General Secretary – Administration and Bro. Kunle Wilkey as Asst. General Secretary – Administration.Bro. Bunmi Kuti is the Asst. General Secretary 1 – Conference & Conference Standing Committee while Bro. Kunle Enigbokan is the Asst. General Secretary 11 – Conference & Conference Standing Committee.Bro. Denrele Idowu remains the Treasurer while Bro. Lanre Akosile is the Financial Secretary and Bro. Jaiye Coker Asst. Financial Secretary. Barr. Shade Akapo is the Legal Adviser/Convener.

Meanwhile, Dr. Akinola Ogunlewe remains the Chairman of the Board of Registered Trustee while Prof. Nathaniel Adebowale is the Secretary of the Board.
