Lady Arrested Over Death of Lover During S*x Romp

A 28-year old lady, Rachael Oguns, has landed in trouble after she reportedly engaged her lover, Stephen Ogianyo, in sex romp and he was said to have died in the process in Alagbado area of Lagos where they reside.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Rachael was later arrested by the Police operatives from SCIID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos, for murder which attracts several years of imprisonment if she is tried and found guilty before the Court.  It was gathered that the deceased family suspected that Rachael was the cause of Stephen`s death probably over pressure for sex during the relationship and reported the incident through a petition to the Commissioner of Police, who ordered for investigation over the cause of his death.
The Police found Rachael culpable for murder and charged her before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence. Though the Police did not state how Rachael caused the death of the deceased.
The Court did not take his plea following a motion by the Prosecutor, Supol Ezekiel Ayorinde, who asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi, ordered her to be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.The Court directed the Prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice.However, the DPP advice was not yet ready due to the Covid-19 lockdown and the defendant will remain in custody until normalcy returns in the State.
It was gathered that the defendant may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds him culpable and recommends for his trial for the alleged offence.
