It was indeed a great reunion for the former students of Immaculate Conception Seminary, ICS, 1983 Class, Ahiaeke, Umuahia, Abia State, when they converged for their inaugural meeting after 37 years in Lagos.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the inaugural meeting, which was hosted on Saturday, 29th August 2020, in Bariga, Lagos, by one of the former students, Rev. Father Francis Anozie, attracted some of the old students from within and outside Lagos.
During the meeting, Barrister Vincent Uchenna Dike was elected as Chairman while Kenneth Ohaeri was elected as Secretary to pilot the affairs of the association.

The host, Rev. Father Anozie, expressed his happiness and thanked the members, who attended the meeting for them to reconnect after several years in order to share ideas and work for the welfare of the members.
The elected Chairman, Barr. Dike, went down memory lane reminiscing their days in the school and noted that they have produced great people among the Ahiaeke Class 83, ranging from Bishop, priests, lawyers, journalists, politicians, successful business men and great people in other areas in the society.

He thanked the members and emphasized the essence of the meeting, which is to reconnect, share ideas and look at welfare of the members. He also urged the members to reach out to other class members, who have not known about the association.
