Man, 42, Arrested For Defiling Neighbour’s 9-year Old Girl

A 42-year old man, Segun Olusoji, has landed in trouble for allegedly defiling his neighbours 9-year old daughter in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at 41 Kereowo Street, Ilasamaja area of Lagos, where they reside.

This was disclosed by the Commissioner of Police, Mr Hakeem Odumosu, who paraded the suspect with other suspected criminal elements arrested across the State.

He said that initially the matter was reported at Itire Divisional Police Headquarters and subsequently transferred to the SCID Yaba, for discreet investigation. 
The Police boss said upon interrogation, the complainant asserted that the suspect had unlawful carnal knowledge of his daughter (name withheld) ‘f’ age 9 years of same address and defiled her.

The survivor also affirmed that her father usually woke her up at night to perpetrate the indecent act and was equally arrested for interrogation.

“The suspects will soon be charged to Court after the conclusion of investigation by the Police” Odumosu stated.

Some of the suspects arrested and paraded at the Police Command in Ikeja, Lagos included armed robbers, traffic robbers, murder suspects among others.
