USMC Commends Upata Monarch/Ekpeye Regent On Move To Strengthen The Unity Of Ekpeye

The entirety of Upata People through the media wing “Upata Social Media Crew” highly commend the entire Council of Traditional Rulers and Chiefs in Upata Kingdom under leadership of Nye Udu (King) Felix Enene Otuwarikpo, Ph.D, Nye Udu Upata III, for the initiative as they plan to embark on a historic royal visit to all Igbu (Kingdoms) in Ekpeye land, in order to strengthen the cultural ties between the people of Ekpeye Ethnic Nation, starting with Ula-Ehuda, the ancestral home of Igbu Akoh on the 14th of May, 2021.
The overall plan is to cement the ancestral bloodline, promote peaceful coexistence as well as use the visit for sociocultural and economic partnership that will be beneficial to all and sundry.
The visit will also strategically address the need for Ekpeye people to bond in strengthened unity and act in collective aspirations.
The visit will mark a new beginning with indelible marks capable of strengthening the age long historic ties within the Akalaka family. The visit will also allow for peace, cultural, spiritual and economic exchanges that will positively uplift our people.
As the Spiritual Commander of the Upata people globally, and the Regent to the stool of Eze Ekpeye Logbo, the Nye Udu Upata has chosen, as a responsibility to unite all Ekpeye people home and abroad.
The Nye Udu Upata will be accompanied by Nye Udu Ede Upata, Nye Udu Owu Upata, Nye Udu Akpana Upata, Nye Udu Ugbokor Upata, Nye Udu Ula, titled Chiefs, Apex Upata Sociocultural Organization (Uzugbani Upata), notable elder statesmen, invited stakeholders, cultural troupes, palace staff and aides.
