President Muhammadu Buhari, in his request letter to the Senate, as obtained by 4th Estate Reporters, said Nwoha’s nomination complied with the Provisions of Section 3, Sub-section 4 of the National Assembly Service Commission Act, 2014.

Rt. Hon. Amaechi Nwoha, a refined, articulate and boardroom political strategist, has remained  resourceful and relevant in the All Progressives Congress, APC and Imo political leadership discuss,  despite having left elective position since 2011 as Speaker of the 6th Imo State House of Assembly.
