Ewepudike Celebrates With Obu Nanka

The indefatigable and grassroots oriented legislator, Chief Dr Okwudili Ezenwankwo (Ewepudike Nanka, Ikemba Orumba) MHR Orumba North and South Federal Constituency yesterday amongst numerous Nanka faithful jubilated with HRH Igwe Godwin Ogochukwu Ezeilo (Obu Nanka) as he marked this year’s New Yam Celebration.

This year’s New Yam Festival tagged “Harvest of Divine Mercy” welcomed all and sundry from different works of life. Hon. Valentine C. Ozigbo, PDP Candidate for the forthcoming Governorship election among others, witnessed the occasion.

Cultural troops, masquerade from different towns, igba mgba are some of the side attractions that made the day more colorful.

It is worthy to mention that this years New Yam festival was sponsored by Hon Okwudili Ezenwankwo highlighting “Our culture is always our heritage”
