Now That Andy Uba Prepares To Put Anambra In The Red Zone…What Will Gov. Hope Uzodimma Tell Ndi Anambra?

The Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act (VAPP) may be about sexual and gender based violence. However, that Imo State is in the red spot amongst all the Southern States is not only in VAPP, it is an indication of a generalised turmoil in the State.

The reason for this can only be ascribed to the use of “Ben Johnson way” in acquiring State powers. Ever since the Ben Johnson way happened in Imo, the State has not remained the same again. For the very first time in recent history, there is an open confrontation of State powers by the masses who continue to question the legitimacy of the government in place.

Yet, rather than learn lessons, the APC has sadly appointed Governor Hope Uzodimma, the very progenitor of Ben Johnson politics, to lead another conquest that will bring Anambra into the “Red zone”. And Mr Uzodimma has sworn to mobilize known and unknown forces to actualize his mandate.

Anambra is too big, blessed and sophisticated to remain lame ducks in the face of this imminent threat… Ndi Anambra be vigilant!
