Samuel Eto’o Visits Former Cameroon Skipper, Norbert Owona

Respected former FC Barcelona star and Cameroon International, Samuel Eto’o, has visited former Cameroon’s Indomitable Lions Skipper, Norbert Owona.


Norbert Owona, former captain of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, reportedly lost everything he had in life, lost his family in an accident, became sick and homeless.




The former Cameroonian captain was said to have severally sought the assistance of the government of Cameroon to no avail.


Succour may have finally come his way now as Cameroon football legend, Samuel Eto’o, paid him a visit, gave him 500,000FCFA and promised to give him a brand new house.


The news has elicited huge reactions across the media space as many heaped praises on the former FC Barcelona star, Eto’o, while encouraging other former stars across Africa to look out for their former colleagues.
