The Lagos State Government on Thursday, September 30 commended Nigeria’s first pan-African Creative advertising Agency, X3M Ideas for consistently delivering impactful social intervention projects to the benefit of the students in the state.

Speaking at the commissioning of a newly revamped science laboratory at the Oregun Junior High School in Lagos, the Commissioner for Education, Lagos State, Mrs. Folasade Adefisayo, said, “X3M Ideas has consistently proven to be an avid partner of the Lagos State Government with its efforts to support our educational system and our student body at large. It’s always a pleasure to commission these projects with the X3M team and we look forward to the exciting initiatives we will partner on in future.”

X3M Ideas with the support of the Lagos State Ministry of Education will provide hundreds of students with a chance to explore their science-related interests.

“It is very important to acknowledge that science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) is a key factor in the growth and development of a nation. It is indeed well known that STEM contributes significantly to the economic, social and environmental development of a country which leads to sustainable development and this is why keeping facilities like the lab open will help our students further their dreams and interest in the field,” she added.

In her address, the Principal of the school, Adeshola Ajimuda, thanked the donor of the facility, saying, “the renovated laboratory is coming at an opportune time when students are picking up interest in the sciences and we’re more than happy to support their dreams with this new state-of-the-art laboratory. We thank X3M Ideas for continuously supporting us and our students.”

Since its inception, X3M Ideas has continued to support schools and facilities within its locality, consistently delivering impactful social intervention projects to the benefit of the students.

Explaining why, CEO X3M Ideas, Steve Babaeko said, ‘“We recognise the importance of the youth in the future of our great nation and empowering them has become a goal for us at X3M Ideas. As a product of the public school system in Nigeria, I recognize the importance in empowering students, enabling their dreams, bolstering their confidence and giving them renewed hope for a better tomorrow.’’
